Terms and Rules:
1) Weekdays include regular working days and statutory compensatory working day ; holidays include weekends and public holidays.T
2) Register as an igc member and bind your car plate. Each member can bind up to 2 plates and change a car plate once per month.
3) Offers apply Monday to Sunday, 10:00–22:00, based on car entry time.
4) To redeem free parking via spending, you may accumulate a maximum of 2 receipts from the same day. Points must be successfully registered between 10:00 and 22:00 on the day of purchase.
5) Members must upload original machine-printed receipts from igc shops and matching original electronic payment coupons, completing point registration to enjoy the offer.
6) On weekdays, members may redeem 1 hour of free parking with 800 points; on weekends and public holidays, 1200 points are required for 1 hour. Redemption limit: 2 hours per person per day, subject to the daily maximum parking benefit hours regulation.
7) Electronic payments include Credit or Debit cards, WeChat Pay, Alipay, Apple Pay, Banking App, and other electronic payment methods (including but not limited to group-buying vouchers from Dianping, Xiaohongshu, Douyin, etc.) Points are accumulated based on the actual payment amount.
8) igc reserves the right to refuse the redemption of free parking offers for customers holding problematic receipts (please refer to the Bylaws for details).
9) Holders of 2 igc PALACE Cinema tickets must visit the L2/B1 Customer Service Centre during business hours to redeem free parking.
10) Parking offers are for the member's personal use only and are limited to one enjoyment per day. Redeemed electronic free parking coupons are not eligible for return and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items. The validity period is subject to the information on the coupon,and it will become invalid upon expiration; once an electronic free parking coupon is successfully used, it cannot be returned.
11) Electronic free parking coupons are issued during mall business hours (10:00 - 22:00). Requests outside business hours shall be handled at the B1 Customer Service Counter.
12) igc strictly prohibits selling electronic free parking coupons or assisting others in gaining points to redeem coupons. Violators may have their accounts frozen or terminated and points cancelled without compensation.
13) Customers with"Sense-free Payment" must process their offer via the igc WeChat Mini Program before leaving.
14) If parking exceeds the offer period, hourly rates will apply.
15) After settling payment or processing the offer, cars must exit within 15 minutes or additional fees will be charged.
16) Maximum Daily Free Parking(Including spending, point redemption, movie ticket redemption,and membership benefits):
o Electronic& Premier Members: Maximum 3 hours per person per day
o Platinum& Diamond Members: Maximum 4 hours per person per day.
17) Platinum and Diamond members receive exclusive electronic free parking coupons per month. Platinum members get 5 one-hour coupons monthly, while Diamond members get 10 one-hour coupons monthly.Electronic free parking coupons will be issued to member accounts on the 1st day of each month ;
Members upgrading to Platinum or Diamond tier any day in a calendar month will receive corresponding free electronic free parking coupons upon upgrade. Coupons are for personal use only, valid within the current month, non-transferable, non-extendable and non-redeemable for cash.
18) Offers apply only to igc customers and are not shared with Conrad Hotel Guangzhou parking offers.
19) igc mall and shop employees and their families not eligible to enjoy the free parking offer or redeem any rewards on behalf of customers.
20) These policies are effective from June 1, 2026.
21) igc reserves the right to temporarily change and amend the terms and conditions of the offers from time to time without further notice.
22) In case of discrepancies between English and Chinese versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.

The following are not accepted for parking offers:
Expired, altered, damaged, handwritten, partially covered and hidden receipt or photocopied receipts.
Payment services, exhibition booths, membership fees/top-ups, or merchant stored-value card payments.
Purchase of cash coupons/gift coupons, non-retail consumption, and cancelled or refunded transactions.

Guangzhou Tianhui Square igc is located in the premier Pearl River New Town, it is directly linked to Exit B (TBC) of Liede Station, Subway Line 5, (equipped with a moving walkway), or can also be reached with 3 minutes walk towards Xingguo Road from Exit A of Liede Station.
